Made with a soothing, relaxing scent, Tempo Citrus Blossom tissue gives the people of Hong Kong a calm moment. In order to promote the launch of the tissue, we created our mascot, Crabby, a relaxation guru, to speak for the hard working population of Hong Kong, as well as reminding them to stay relaxed. To enhance Crabby’s public image, we made a short film about how he healed a heartbroken girl and broadcast it on Facebook fan page and YouTube. In this film, he revealed a secret recipe to help the girl let go of her past relationship, and stay relaxed whatever happens. It demonstrated that Citrus Blossom not only relaxes the body and mind, but also heals people’s hearts. Moreover, this film was the turning point of Crabby’s celebrity status, showing how he becomes an icon of relaxation and spreads the relaxing movement worldwide. This film is part of the integrated campaign of Tempo Citrus Blossom tissue, which is complemented with a Facebook Fan Page, TVC, print and outdoor advertising (i.e. A scented theme bus).
