Brief Explanation

Why win when you can steal? To promote V Energy Drink, we launched 'V Robbers', an online promotion where consumers played to steal their share of $100,000.V Robbers took place in an online city. Players would begin their life of crime by assuming an alias, complete with webcam mugshot, before being allocated a hideout to run their criminal empire. Using special codes off V cans, players would accumulate 'action points' that let them steal money off other V Robbers, or protect their own cash. The game wrapped up after 8 weeks when the online cash turned into real money.
