Brief Explanation

This year, we don't want to present our clients just an ordinary gifts, instead we wanted present our clients with a gift that pointed out that happiness is not just about personal joy, but about the joy you cultivate in others.

The Brief

Every New Year Leo Burnett Group Thailand always sending gifts and warm wishes to our clients.

How the final design was conceived

54 Employees of Leo Burnett Thailand Collaborated with Baan Nontapum, a home for children with disabilities by helped paint and color 500 plain white boxes that would become the custom-made, personalized New Year's gifts we gave to our clients. The creative process was healing as the foundation's leading psychologist noted that to foster these children's creativity helped encourage them and made them deeply happy. We then sent a unique e-card to all our clients, telling them about our visit, and giving them an opportunity to choose their own set of gifts and a uniquely designed box that the children created.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

89% of our clients selected their custom-made boxes using our e-card. With this one small box it creates happiness for the kids, the visiting Leo Burnett guests, and the clients who ultimately received the boxes. Also we showed our clients that happiness is not just a physical gift, but it's an act, an act that brings out the good in everyone.
