We created a program to showcase Landor’s dynamic work environment from day one. The epic journey begins with a limo ride to work. A "work buddy" greets you and shows you the ropes. Phone, business cards, computer and a guidebook are ready at your disposal. After a light schedule, you're off to lunch with the boss. A late afternoon massage keeps the good vibes flowing. Then indulge in an afternoon tea and your first chance at office-wide gossip. You're back to the office refreshed; just in time for the limo ride home.
The program has been a great opportunity for new employees to learn about Landor’s values and culture, and also to feel fully welcomed and ready for their career at Landor. Since the launch of My First Day employee turn has been at an 8% level. The industry standard is approximately 20% with some agencies at 30%. More remarkable still, no employee who’s experienced My First Day has chosen to leave.
