Toei Bus has a great access to many sightseeing spots in Tokyo. However, only little number of tourists have used the bus because of the complicated bus routes. It is believed that more tourists would use buses if there is something to help them understand the bus system and network. In order to achieve that, we made a website compatible with PCs, smartphones and tablet PCs for Toei Bus. Furthermore, we made an illustrated sightseeing bus routes map which connected with Google map. On the map, there is movies navigation to sightseeing spots from the closest bus stops. The map and the navigation movies can be viewed from smartphones and tablets, so tourists can compare movies and real street view on their way and get to the destinations without making any detours. The access to this tourist-friendly website was increased by 250%. News articles about it appeared in 4 major newspapers which was equivalent to over 13 million yen of advertising effectiveness.
