Brief Explanation

If you thought cricket was all about drinking Gin & Tonic and spending a lazy day in the sun, think again. In 2011 Cricket Australia established a new league playing a faster version of cricket, called T20. Eight new teams in the ‘Big Bash League’ needed to find a digital home, develop a social media presence and most importantly attract a loyal, paying audience. The key objective of this large-scale project was also our biggest challenge – to increase fan engagement with the Big Bash League, its teams and players, six months prior to a ball being bowled.
