The distinct role of the staff publication was to provide a simple, living and breathing cultural reference point for every member of staff. It had to be something simple (so it would be read and understood) and it had to have lasting value (so it would be kept and treasured), and of course, it had to reflect the newly developed visual identity.
Following the creation of the brand Only About Children, the client had a requirement to produce a publication to bring its new brand values into staff behaviour.
The solution was to create a flip book titled ‘Grow’, an inspiring flip book that animates a growing and developing logo. ‘Grow’ replicates the feeling of wonder, discovery and the fun of a children’s book for all employees.
The client as well as the staff have been very inspired and impressed with the creative solution provided. The flip book 'Grow' fits perfectly within the brand identity and has become a sort-after commodity amongst all Only About Children employees.
