To create top of mind recall of Sykes to prospective employees by leveraging on it's promise of "Support in more ways than one."
It started with a premise: How do we show people how Sykes supports its employees and customers? The simplest and most efficient way is for Sykes to be where support is needed - when people are crossing the streets.
The project reached an impressive result of 145% increase in the target hits for One San Miguel site, 268% increase in the target hits for Makati site and 205 % increase in the target hits for K-Pointe site, creating word of mouth among the commuters and surpassing clients' expectations.
The activation was most relevant in really driving home the message of: "Support in more ways than one." It demonstrate, in a unique and compelling way, how Sykes is the right choice for employment opportunities.
