Using an already massively popular twin-baby video on Youtube, hitting over 3 million views within 1 month, the Chocolate TVCs used subtitles, somehow sounding similar to the baby talk, to introduce Chocolate and to tell its service is more trustworthy than other competitors. In the diaper episode, one of the twins, being confused the service with actual chocolate, and is corrected by his brother. In the sock episode, the same baby complains about the missing sock delivery from a social commerce, and is again scolded by his brother and advised to use a more trustworthy service, Chocolate, instead.
