Erectile dysfunction can be a very difficult topic for men to raise. (No pun intended.) We created this TVC showing a live elephant in a doctor’s surgery, to send the message to men with erectile dysfunction that it’s okay to talk about ‘the elephant in the room’. In Australia the expression "don't talk about the elephant in the room" refers to that conversation that has to be had, is obvious it has to be had - but people tend to avoid it.
