Total design of the event, in which writers and poets recite their own words. Should express that busy working women in Tokyo can enjoy a relaxed, enriching time there.

How the final design was conceived

To create a sense of tranquility with the image of planets, and the light and shadows of candles. The design captures the analogue goodness and warmth of gathering in the small town of Marunouchi, Tokyo for an event where - in this age where you can “tweet” to thousands at the touch of a button - words are spoken by real, live voices. We conveyed the importance of actual sensation by printing on textured paper that people can’t help but touch.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

After displaying the poster, the event was fully subscribed within a matter of days. Due to popular demand, the client is currently planning a sequel event.
