With a miniscule budget, how does one do something effective?
In its continued endeavour to inculcate the reading habit amongst youngsters, Popular Bookstore wanted something that would remind people of the importance of reading.
Measuring one’s height is a pre-occupation in the growing years. So we decided to design a height chart - - with a difference. One that didn’t measure growth in centimetres. But one that charted one’s height in terms of the books one should be reading at every stage of growth.
Many children and youth were seen standing against the height chart and chatting animatedly about the titles featured in the chart. The chart was just put up on 15July, 2011 so still early days for sales results.
