We made the pin which is of course well-identified, and also can bring the spirit of Japanese hospitality. It's sort of a gift for attendants.
To design a lapel pin that attendants of APEC JAPAN 2010 can wear. For security, it had better show each class clearly so that one can recognize who is the Prime Minister, the Cabinet Minister, or their partners.
The ""KOMA (spinning top)"" motif represents our wish that the meeting moves forward smoothly, and the 5 colors traditionally means good health in Japan. We made six kinds of pins afterall.
As well as leading successful meeting, it contributed to convey Japanese culture to give full hospitality for the guests.
