We open on a blue collar executive in his tiny cubicle. He doesn't have any work to do and as a result, he can hardly keep himself awake. Without warning, his whole world changes - several wall flips, decor switches and clothes change later, he finds himself in an equally tiny toll booth, working as a certified toll collector. The idea being : If you don't upgrade your skills, you risk the possibility of being downgraded.
