She finds it and happily puts it onto her face when a middle-aged woman appears from the side to claim that the eyebrow is hers. This idea communicates that Esthe Wam recommends cosmetic eyebrow tattoo to prevent eyebrows from "falling off." (In Japanese, when eyebrow liners fade off, we use the expression"fall off.")
