To highlight that Kit Kat's are ideal for having a break we show a man in need of break, literally working like a machine. In this TVC, we see an old tennis pro working like a tennis ball machine. He's literally spitting the balls out of his mouth to a society lady on the other side of the court. Finally, he spots a Kit Kat and it becomes the catalyst for his break.
