This film captures the heartfelt generosity of little children. 264,223 origami cranes, the traditional symbol of healing in Japan, were created to show their support for the seriously children of the Ronald McDonald House. “Warm hearts (or notes of love and hope) ” were written on each origami crane, and then collectively transformed into one huge crane to be delivered to Ronald McDonald House, a facility near hospitals where sick children can stay with their families.
