Many youngsters pick up the smoking habit in college. And being young they consider themselves invulnerable, so regular health related anti-smoking communication has little effect. This approach aims at their most vulnerable spot – the wallet. A young man visited colleges rolling his own cigarettes -- in high denomination currency notes.
