The Brief

The objective was for the company to send out Chinese New Year greetings to clients, potential clients and all other business partners. And at the same time, to impress and re-impress upon them the company credo of “Think Positive”.

Creative Execution

The company lives and breathes the credo “Think Positive”. The mantra, from inception, has been, “If at first the attitude is wrong, then there’s no hope of doing anything right”. This message is relevant to the product or service in that great work and solutions come only with the right attitude, and in turn, great attitude delivers great fortune. This message resonates with the spirit of Chinese New Year.

Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.

Chinese New Year is about great fortunes, and fortune sticks feature prominently during the season. That became the creative idea. Fortune sticks that foretell of things to come BUT with a caveat: always look on the bright side of situations, no matter what they are. The projected response was REFLECTION and POSITIVE ATTITUDE.
