Tapping on the social media networking rave, a personal and interactive microsite designed like a blog was created for Canon to promote Selphy Compact Photo Printer. Aiming to show how Selphy is relevant in the everyday lives of the target audience, the objective was to intrigue, excite and keep the audience coming back for more. USPs were illustrated through the casual blog entries of a main character and it chronicles her activities and how she introduced her sceptical friend to Selphy. Additional enhancements like short videos and an exciting flash-based word game was also designed for the site.
