Festival season in the Indian market brings along a war of Freebies & Promotional offers. Appy Fizz - a sparkling apple drink from Parle Agro, the largest Indian Beverage company had to come up with a relevant attractive freebie. And compete in the freebie war for the first time with large multi-national Cola/beverage brands with practically one tenth their budgets. We then created a mock social campaign against global warming to promote the free icemaker trays.
To promote free icemakers being given away with Appy Fizz Sparkling Apple Drink.
These posters were as a part of a promotional campaign to announce that Appy Fizz was giving away Icemaker Trays free. Appy Fizz - the walking, talking bottle, was put on the pedestal and was styled as the INDIAN AL GORE. A sense of organic, litho graph and hand painted feel was maintained in all the pieces of work to add to the propaganda feel.
The campaign stood out in the cacophony of regular freebie advertising and portrayed AppyFizz as the Indian Al Gore and the icemakers - his weapon against global warming.
