Brief Explanation

While Facebook and Orkut were perceived as the leaders in Social Networking in India - Bigadda.com had the most number of members on its site compared to any leading social networks and in effect was the real Indian No.1 Social Network with over 4.5 million members.

The Brief

To announce that Bigadda.com is India's Largest Social Networking Site with over 4.5 million members.

How the final design was conceived

A poster was designed which was inspired by Mughal Miniature paintings which were traditional paintings made for Mughal Kings with detailed illustrations of their daily life including hunting scenes, war scenes, courtroom scenes, etc. The Bigadda Painting uses this same technique to depict the various aspects of online social networking like sharing photos, videos, chatting, gaming, blogging, sending virtual hugs, etc.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Bigadda.com clearly was recalled as the No.1 Indian Social Networking site after the campaign.
