The ANZ ‘Equal Future’ online film focuses on the inequalities faced by women, with particular emphasis on how they fall behind financially and professionally. It’s a known fact that girls’ brains develop faster than boys. They speak before boys do. They read before boys do. Yet somehow, women end up behind. Our film features a group of bright, hopeful young girls poignantly reading out the statistics of inequity and compels the audience to consider what can be done to ensure these cruel facts don’t become their future. The film culminates in a call to create an #equalfuture.
