Queenslanders had seen the electrical safety messages for years, but accidents were still happening. So to convert strong awareness into action, we created the Grim Llama to act as a harbinger of electrical doom. Llamas are natural alarm bells, and in the same way, our character acts as a memorable trigger, designed to put safety top of mind when people are near potential hazards.
