In case you didn’t know, Cane Toads are a pest in Australia. They poison pets, kill native wildlife and injure humans, and you won’t find many Australians who have any sympathy for these creatures. We took that as a starting point to drive awareness around Ford’s new EcoBoost engine. The film kicks off with Ralph and Les, a pair of cane toads engaged in a humorous discussion on the effects of licking their own poisonous back secretions. Les is experiencing MDMA-like euphoria and has become horny from licking his glands, whilst Ralph is despairing of his amorous friend. When the two toads see distant headlights approaching Ralph presumes from the sound of the four-cylinder engine that they have plenty of time to get off the road. The only problem is that the Falcon’s four cylinder EcoBoost Engine is turbocharged and it approaches much faster than Ralph anticipated, with dire consequences…
