Communication Objective- To address the excessive intrusion of cold calls from Call Centres in daily life Situation Analysis- Of the complaints CERC had been receiving, a good proportion of those concerned excessive cold calling from call centres. Further probing revealed that many people in India found them to be very intrusive and, most often than not, ill-timed as well. But what most of them didn’t know was that these grievances could be addressed by contacting an organization like CERC Insight- The call centre representatives are trained in a way that makes them prioritize commercial objectives over consumer needs Implementation- We devised content that had the potential to be make an impact with its element of humour, albeit a little dark. The film is based on a conversation between a man who is dead and a call centre representative who is determined to get her message across. The film creates awareness about the inconvenience caused to consumers through these cold calls and also provides a solution for the same.
