Key objective: · To produce a campaign that stood out and created a strong impact. · To create awareness about the Kitchmate cooktop amongst customers. · To highlight the cooktop’s dual function. · To create differentiation for the Kitchmate cooktop amongst its key competitors. Key challenge: To clearly communicate the dual functionality of the cooktop in a manner that would create impact and recall amongst customers.
To introduce and create awareness about the KITCHMATE Cooktop that combines induction and hi-light cooking technology into the Malaysian market and to ensure customers understand the dual function of this one-of-a-kind cooktop.
The concept selected to carryout the campaign was “Enjoy The Best of Both Worlds”. It was inspired by the difficult choices people had to make when deciding between two items and often wished they could have it both. Likewise, now they could enjoy the best of both worlds with the benefit of both technologies in one cooktop.
The concept highlighted the dual system technology strongly, creating curiosity about the product and differentiation among key competitors. It increased in-store traffic for the client and has led to more enquiries and sales for the Kitchmate cooktop in the market.
